We personally accompany each tour:

We are with you each day to see to the details of your tour.  We also help you arrange time to pursue your own interests: cooking, shopping, wine tours, sports and much more.

Cost Information:

We book our tours (6-12 months) in advance in order to get our choice of  private/limited accommodations, superior private yacht and luxury safari camp.  We need to fill the minimum amount of travelers in order to make the trip “a go.” 

A deposit of 25% of cost is required.  If it does not fill - we return 100% of your deposit.

Optional Single Supplement (varies with tour.)  We will endeavor to arrange roommates if desired.

All Accommodations:
5 star luxury or Historic/Boutique Luxury Hotels or Private Villas

Rates based on double occupancy 

Single supplements available for some tours

Turkey:  Private Yachts with private bathroom for each bedroom
Africa:  Luxury Camps - all "tents" have en-suite bathroom
 

All Domestic (in-country) Transportation:

We minimize all transit time to maximize your travel experience.
We arrange local flights whenever possible and private A/C vans or cars with private drivers.
Transfers to/from international airport, domestic private transfers for all in itinerary.

Small Group Travel:
Our groups are limited to 10 - 14 persons ( 16 persons on Turkish yacht) which will give you a deeper cultural experience,  make it easier to make life-long friends and enjoy each day of your adventure to the fullest. 

Pre-trip get-together:

We organize and host an evening for people traveling together to meet, discuss the trip and answer questions.  It’s always fun!

Entrance Fees:

All tours and admissions to sites and national parks included in the itinerary.  

African park fees.​

Meals:
All meals as detailed in itinerary.  Usually all breakfasts, welcome dinner and farewell dinner and special events vary with each tour.

For all accommodations, meals, guides, drivers, transfers in itinerary.

Luggage: 

Due to the unique style of travel, the amount of luggage is sometimes limited by the local airlines or private planes in Africa.  You will need to able to carry (or pull) your own luggage at times during the tour.​
